Refund, Returns & Cancelation Policy

 

There is absolutely NO REFUNDS for services purchased.

Cancelations will result in forfeiture of your appointment funds for single appoints. Cancelations for appointments of packaged deal customers will result in a $30 fee and your appointment being rescheduled. Cancelation Fee/Reschedule Fee is due for payment before services are rendered at next appointment.

NO CALL NO SHOWS will result in forfeiture of appointment time and forfeiture of funds paid for that appointments services. There will be no makeup appointments scheduled for no call no shows. 

If you are later then 10 minutes to your scheduled appointment you will be considered a no call no show. NO EXCEPTIONS 

Return Policy

Returns will be paid for at the customers expense. A refund will be issued once the product is returned and processed. 

All products should be returned unopened and in their original form. If product has been opened or tampered with and is not in its original form a refund will not be issued.
